Philosophy

Reflexologies main principle is that the body is divided into ten equal and vertical zones ending in the fingers and toes. Often, the body is in a state of imbalance, particularly after illness, injury or periods of stress, which blocks vital energy pathways, thus preventing the body from functioning effectively.

Healing

The aim of reflexology is to release blockages, restoring the flow of energy and blood circulation to the whole body. Specific massage techniques are applied to reflex areas in the feet (and sometimes the hands) which correspond to tissues, organs and systems throughout the body.
